The goods and services shown within are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the item you desire. However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge fee for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically not for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. The price list is offered to comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Trade Regulation Rule. Federal Industry Practices 16 CFR 453. Our fees are established in consultation with a professional accounting firm, exclusively serving funeral homes

***This charge includes Arrangement, Conference, Funeral Counselling Planning, Supervising and Coordinating service details with these involved in the final disposition of the deceased, securing, preparing and necessary permits, death certificates, authorizations, and consents and other forms of claim preparation of necessary notices, clerical and record keeping The fee for our basic overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. The fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.

***Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by low. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for items such as a direct cremation or immediate burial

Forwarding of the remains to another Funeral Firm
***This charge includes local removal of meaning, basic service of staff, necessary authorization, embalming, use of facilities and local transportation. This does not include staff for visitation, shipping charges and shipping encasements

***This charge includes basic services of staff, use facilities, local transportation to funeral home and casket coach to local cemetery or crematory. This does not include visitation and cemetery charges

***This charge includes general and administrative expense: arrangement conference planning, supervising coordinating service details, occurring, preparing and filling necessary permits, death certificates, authorizations and consents and other forms of claims preparation of necessary notices, clerical and record keeping.

Our charge for direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff, removal of remains, transportation to crematory, necessary authorization and cremation, 2 death certificates, Urn, Cremation permits.

Alternative containers encase the remains and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition material (with or without an
outside covering). The container or an unfinished wood box.

This includes professional service of funeral director and staff, removal, embalming, dressing and casketing, funeral service, hearse, a minimum metal casket, 2 death certificates and casket spray. This price does not include (Oversized), programs, clergy, musician, cemetery charges, newspaper notice or vault.

Payment Policy

All financial terms must be completed at the time of arrangements. Payments by cash or certified bank drafts must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled services or will be rescheduled. We do not accept anticipated payment from estate settlements or victims of crime.

The Following Are Acceptable Forms of Payment:

1. Cash (US Currency)
2. Credit card
3. Cashiers Check (3rd party checks are not accepted)
4. Assignable Insurance

Once the assignable policy(s) and beneficiary(s) have been verified, a notarized insurance must be completed and signed by beneficiary(s). Insurance policy(s) effective less than two (2) years will not be accepted. There will be a 15% administrative fee assessed to all assignable insurance policies.
